1. Reservation and Confirmation:

 

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit, securing your place on the chosen tour or adventure.This deposit forms part of the payment for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client/agent.

 

Underage travelers – Bookings can only be accepted for persons under eighteen years of age when accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them.

 

Confirmation details, including itinerary specifics and accommodation information, will be provided

2. Payment Policies:

 

Full payment is required atleast 4 weeks  prior to the commencement of your journey for better reservations. Otherwise, the company shall consider the trip cancelled.

Payment can be made US Dollar, by international bank transfer or Cash. Details will be provided upon booking.

 

All bank charges are to be settled by the client or agent respectively. This includes transaction fees charged by our bank.The amount shown on the invoice, is the amount that needs to reflect in our account and should bank charges have been deducted, we would have to invoice you subsequently.

 

Accepted Currencies – Payment for your safari can be done in US Dollar, by international bank transfer or Cash.

3. Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellations should be made in writing (email is acceptable, if receipt is confirmed by EduVenture Tanzania). The 50% deposit is non-refundable, and a cancellation will also incur the following charges.

 More than 60 days before start date – deposit

• 29 to 60 days before start date – 50%

• 15 to 28 days before start date – 75%

• 14 days or less – total cost of tour.

 

Our quoted prices are based on current exchange rates and on-the-ground prices. The price of a tour may vary at any time before our company has accepted a booking from you, and they may be varied after your booking is made. Should the variation be in excess of 10% of the holiday cost the client will have the right to a refund of all money paid.

4. Travel Insurance:

 

We strongly recommend acquiring comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

Proof of travel insurance may be required before the commencement of your journey.

5. Changes to Itinerary:

We understand that travel plans may change. If you need to make changes to your itinerary after booking, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Any changes to your itinerary may be subject to availability and additional fees, as determined by our team and our partner service providers

 

EduVenture Tanzania reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the safety and well-being of our travelers.

Alternative arrangements or compensations will be provided when necessary.

6. Health and Medical Considerations:

 

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit for the chosen adventure.

Please inform EduVenture Tanzania of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements in advance.

7. Participation Requirements:

 

Travelers must comply with all participation requirements, including age restrictions i.e >18 years or else accompanied by an adult, physical fitness levels, and any specific conditions outlined for a particular tour or activity.

EduVenture Tanzania is committed to the safety and well-being of our travelers. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events, natural disasters, or actions beyond our control.

Travelers are advised to follow the guidance of EduVenture Tanzania staff for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Travelers are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that respects local cultures, environments, and fellow participants.

Non-compliance may draw un necessary attentin and disturbances

 

Promotional Photography- Our company reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with us, program members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Program members who prefer that their images not be used for our promotional purposes  are askedto confirm with our  travel program escort at the beginning of their program.
